Ceremony #9: Healing w/ Steven Noack

During a routine search for a podcast to accompany my workday, I stumbled upon a YouTube channel named "Beyond The Veil" featuring an episode with Steven Noack. This wasn't my typical listen, but inspired by a podcast episode by Theo Von on Near Death Experiences (NDEs), I decided to give it a go.

Steven shared a haunting experience from when he was four years old: a drunk driver hit him while he was crossing the street. He recalled waking up in the arms of a being with long silver hair who communicated with him telepathically, reassuring him that everything would be alright. He described being enveloped in light, observing his body from above—a hallmark of NDEs. He remembered a vision of a heavenly space, filled with the laughter of a child, which conveyed a sense of love and origin we all share.

Fast forward over twenty years, Steven had another NDE following a car accident and surgery. During this, he heard the same comforting voice from his childhood, which brought a flood of forgotten memories and insights. He spoke passionately about the interconnectedness of energy and shared lessons on self-healing he had learned from these ethereal beings.

Moved by his story and the resonance with my own spiritual experiences, I reached out to Steven through his website, Trinity Quantum Health, and booked a session aimed at learning and healing.

Steven emphasized the concept of transmutation during our session. He explained that emotions are energy meant to flow through us but can become trapped by trauma, creating blockages in our nervous system—similar to short circuits. He likened our energy system to a car battery, which maintains a balance of positive and negative energy regulated by our hearts.

His method starts with charging up with gratitude each morning, providing the energy and willpower needed to address our lower, negative emotions throughout the day. Steven taught me an essential truth: We are not our emotions; we are the energy observing these emotions. By standing firm in our belief of being whole, loved, and accepted, we can let these energies pass through us instead of allowing our ego to attach and trap them, which causes internal short circuits.

The session included a deep conversation, a guided meditation, and a Reiki healing session. I've always been skeptical about Reiki, but Steven's presence and energy were palpable. I experienced physical reactions like shaking and yawning, and a tightness in my chest eventually released, leaving me feeling light and comforted.

It's been a week since the session, and I've diligently practiced expressing gratitude and directly addressing my emotions. This practice has surprisingly reinforced my self-assurance and clarity. Embracing gratitude, which I once dismissed as cliché, truly energizes me. Whether it's appreciating freshly laundered clothes, enjoying a hot shower, or relishing the Miami weather, being grateful for these moments charge me up and cleanse my mind, helping me respond more agilely and take things less personally.

I am committed to continuing this practice and am eager to see if it benefits any of you as well. Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
